What you’ll do…

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will work in tandem with our Manager of People Operations to develop, maintain and conduct a periodic review/analysis of all Compensation & Benefit programs, while ensuring they drive Duo’s strategic objectives and being mindful of an ever changing competitive market. You will Produce bi-weekly People Operations reports to include turnover, headcount and other relevant metrics/analytics, again, that tells a story and gives actionable insight that helps management make informed business decisions. You will create and maintain a robust compensation market-place analysis to ensure appropriate market matching for current/future roles, perform periodic internal evaluations of roles across Duo to ensure they are reflective of current responsibilities/requirements for all positions and gather data to gain insight into market trends per function.

Skills you have…

You have 2-4 years experience with analyzing Compensation & Benefits (preferably with a global company), 2-4 years experience with systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, Excel, Google Suite, etc…) and have a strong analytical skillset to compile data, assess for trends and summarize for executive presentations/insights.
