Peter Katz

General Counsel

Peter is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Duo. As a member of Duo’s executive leadership team, he partners closely with leaders across the business, as well as its board of directors, on the operational management and strategic planning of the company. He manages the team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of Duo’s legal affairs around the world. Peter joined Duo as General Counsel in January 2015. Prior to joining Duo, Peter was Senior Counsel and Director at AlixPartners, LLP and before that worked as Associate Counsel at The Vanguard Group and an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Peter received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
