Introducing: Duo Security Interns of 2014!
Duo Security’s interns have arrived for the summer! And there’s a lot of them...
The engineering interns are working on internal projects, documentation, integrations and more within the Duo headquarters in Ann Arbor. Find out more about each of them below:
Boyang Zhu is a recent grad from the University of Michigan's computer science engineering program. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and recently picked up home brewing.
Alishah Chator is a third-year student at the University of Michigan studying computer science, physics, and math. He is currently building a truck-side advertising startup with a few other Michigan students and loves to play ping-pong.
Andrew Rochman is a second-year computer science student at the University of Michigan. He enjoys traveling, gaming and attending hackathons through Michigan Hackers.
Connie Qi is a fourth-year engineering student at the University of Michigan studying computer science. She enjoys traveling, web development, making art and playing piano.
Ian Pudney is a third-year Computer Science & Engineering student at the University of Michigan. He is a strategist on the University's Solar Car team.
Rob Glew is a fourth-year Computer Science & Engineering student at the university of Michigan. He enjoys running, ballroom dance and drinking coffee.
Robbie Small returns to Duo after working here last summer. He is a rising senior at U of M studying entrepreneurship and computer science through the engineering school. He is an avid photographer, skateboarder, and snowboarder and enjoys playing basketball and mobile/web development. Robbie is working on a mobile app called Hubba Hubba Skate which he is hoping to release in the near future (http://www.hubbahubbaskate.com).
Vikas Kumar is a rising junior at the University of Michigan studying computer science engineering. He loves to play chess, make music and hack stuff. He is joining Duo's security research team.
Another intern, Domenic Rizzolo, is our Security Research intern. He’s currently studying Math and Complex Systems at University of Michigan, and comes from a social science research background.
He’ll be researching security and hacking culture from a historical context in order to gain insight into modern security issues. Feel free to reach out and email him to help with his security community research!
Finally, our Sales intern, Patrick Becker II is majoring in computer science at the University of Michigan. He has a passion for learning about new technology, drinking caffeinated beverages, snowboarding, wakeboarding and pretty much any action sport.
