Taking place on Thursday, April 23, this event will focus on how to aid industry in understanding how their contracting strategies will change due to the upcoming roll-out of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). The event will begin at 8:15 a.m. with a brief welcome by AFCEA's LTG Bob Wood and Mark Emery, followed by the keynote address from Katie Arrington, CISO, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. After her keynote, Katie Arrington will moderate the panel panel sesssion, "What is Driving CMMC." The live portion of the event will end with the 10:45 a.m. keynote fireside, also moderated by Katie Arrington, where you'll hear from members of the U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, and the Defense Logistics Agency.
