Seasoned executive brings track record of business and financial results to mobile security and authentication company
Ann Arbor, Michigan — August 22, 2012 — Duo Security, an emerging mobile security and authentication company, announced today that Stratton Sclavos has joined its Board of Directors. Sclavos is currently a partner in the investment firm Radar Partners, which also invested $1 million in Duo Security.
Sclavos formerly served as chairman and chief executive officer of VeriSign (Nasdaq: VRSN), the leading provider of trusted infrastructure services to enterprises, e-commerce websites, and individuals. Sclavos also sits on the Board of Directors of SalesForce (NYSE: CRM). He was honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Northern California in 2002; he also was named to Forbes' Top 50 CEOs list. In 1998, he was recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as the Entrepreneur of the Year in the emerging companies category.
