A recent study of 2FA implementation found that last year, the time spent verifying identity was more than 29,000 hours for the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and was even higher at other organizations. With Duo’s new Universal Prompt, we have innovated ways to save some of this time. We’ve simplified verification for the end user and made it more adaptable for administrators, while improving your organization’s security posture.
Our Product and Design teams have gathered information from customers with the aim of optimizing Duo’s administrator and end-user experiences. As a result, we are enhancing company branding elements, expanding international language support, and enabling company-specific help desk verbiage in the app. We’re excited to share these changes with you, and invite your feedback.
Join Ted Kietzman and Sierre Wolfkostin of Duo on March 23 to learn about other new features of the Duo Universal Prompt, the research that went into its development and is still ongoing, and how you can participate in the preview process.
