Jessica is an Application Engineer on Duo’s Applications team, focused on testing new integrations and helping manage customer escalations. During her time at Duo she’s worn many hats, from Support to Success to principal guitarist in the company band. She lives in San Francisco with her instruments, video games, and scooter, and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band.
