Mark is a design researcher at Duo Security. He runs the usability testing program, does user interviews, conducts heuristic evaluations, and provides UX training. Prior to Duo, he worked at ForeSee, the University of Michigan, and daily news organizations. He also is a lecturer at the university, where he earned master’s degrees in Human-computer Interaction and Journalism.
